Tender fee and EMD refund guidelines
Tender fee once paid shall be non-refundable unless specifically stated in the respective e-Tender notice issued by the Payyanur Cooperative Hospital Society Ltd No. C1487.
Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) paid by unsuccessful bidders will be refunded within the stipulated time, generally within 14 to 30 working days, through online bank transfer to the registered bank account.
EMD shall be forfeited if the bidder withdraws the tender after submission or violates any of the tender conditions specified in the e-Tender document.
The Payyanur Cooperative Hospital Society Ltd No. C1487 reserves the right to cancel the tender at any stage without assigning any reason and without any liability to bidders.
